This article will cover how to edit details of your designs in the Design Catalogue, including all specs and parameters, duplicating and deleting designs, and editing categories.
How to edit design details
Editing details of your designs will enable full functionality of the filter tools in the Design Tab, which can edit your design search. Please see "How to find, filter for, and place a design" for more information.
- To access the Admin section Click on your name on the top right of the screen.
- Select Admin from the options.
- Click on Design Catalogue.
- Find the design you'd like to edit the details for, and hover over its card. It will turn green.
- Click on the small Stacked Dots icon to the right of the price.
- Click on Duplicate to copy all of the details, floor plans, and images of a design.
- Click on Delete to permanently remove all design information from the Catalogue.
- Click on Edit Item to edit all design specs. Detailed guides of the Edit section are below.
Walk me through the Design card
- Click on the field under Build Name to change the name of the design.
Design names are searchable in the Search Bar in the Design Catalogue and in the Design Tab.
- Click on the field under Range to enter low and high prices for a design. This information is visible on Flyers.
- Click on the Design Set drop down and select the appropriate folder for this design. A Design Set and all of the designs within the folder is searchable in the Design Tab.

- Click the bubble to the right of Show in Widget to add or remove this design option from the widget.
Walk me through the Quote Options card
Assigning a Section or Sub Section to a design will ensure the design is listed as a line item within the selected section as opposed to it's own line item at the top of a quote. Please see "How to create a Quote" for more information.
- Click on the Section and/or Sub Section drop down menus and select an appropriate section for your design.
Walk me through the Dimensions card
- Click on any of the fields above the spec type to edit information.
Dimensions information is visible on Flyers and site plans and can also be used in design filters. Please see "How to find, filter for, and place a design."
Walk me through the Images card
- Click on the design above Placement Image to re-upload and rescale a design.

- Click on the image above Cover Image to add or replace a design's facade.

Walk me through the Details cards
- Click the Build Type drop down and select the appropriate option to move the design to another build category.
- Click the Sub Category drop down and select the appropriate option to move the design to another category.
Sub Categories organize your designs into types and can facilitate a design search. Please see "How to find, filter for, and place a design."

- Click the Build Sub Type drop down and select the appropriate option to move the design to another category.
These categories are standard based on your company's build-type.
- Click on the text field under Price to add or edit the design price.
Prices are visible on Flyers and Quotes as well as on the bottom left of the design card in the Design Tab.
Walk me through the Images card
- Click in the text box to type a description of the design.
- Use the word processing features to stylize the text.
Descriptions of designs are visible on Flyers and Quotes.
Walk me through the Attributes card
- Toggle on/off or any applicable feature of the design.
- Click on the drop downs to select the appropriate option for the design.
Attributes are visible on Flyers and can also be used to filter for specific designs. Please see "How to find, filter for, and place a design" for more information.
Walk me through the Gallery card
The Gallery card is applicable to House and Land packages only. Please see "How to create a House and Land package” for more information.
