Site plans not generating

This article will cover steps to troubleshoot while having issues generating site plans where the issue is with cache memory

Clearing Cache Memory

  1. Click on the three-dotted icon on the top right corner of your internet browser.

  2. Scroll down and click on More Tools.

  3. Select Developer Tools.

  4. Select Application.

  5. Select Storage.

  6. Click on Clear Site Data.

  7. Right-click on the reload button and select Empty cache and hard reload.
  8.  Follow the steps mentioned and regenerate the site plan to fix the temporary glitch.
