If you encounter a blank screen while working on a site, this may indicate that the code for a specific feature is incomplete. We recommend that you promptly contact our support team and provide details about the feature you were using at the time the screen went blank.
While you address this issue, consider starting a new draft to ensure your work on that project can continue uninterrupted.
- Get another team member to look up the address.
Once another user has created a draft of the address. Log in to your own account.
- Click the Dashboard Icon.
- Click on the address link.
This will grant you access to the lookup. If you require the lookup to be associated with your name in order to display the accurate sales representative's details on all documents, there is one additional step to complete.
- Click the Deals Icon (Filing Cabinet)
- Select New Draft.
This new Draft will now be in your name. Just incase also make a backup copy incase the screen goes white again.
- Click the three dots.
- Select Copy.
