This article will show you what parts of the flyer can be customised & how to setup a proposal.
By properly setting up your branding within canibuild, you can speed up the time it takes to generate a professional document for your client.
- To access the Admin section, Click on your name on the top right of the screen.
- Select Admin from the options.
- Click Branding.
- Select from Flyer, Proposal or Quote.
Flyer
There are several components to the flyer that change or can be customised. These can be adjusted in the Design Catalogue or the Branding section.
- Click the Pencil icon in to open your file manager & select your Logo or Promo Stickers.
- Drag the slide bar to adjust the Zoom.
- Click on the colour square for Logo Backing or Detail Strip to edit.
- Move the slider bar to select a main colour.
- Click inside the colour square to select a shade of that colour.
- Enter a Hexadecimal colour code to instantly match your company colours.
- Select the checked circle for a transparent background.
Hexadecimal code for Black "000000" & White "FFFFFF"
- Click on the Green Circle for each of the Display Options to turn off specific.
Proposal
Being able to quickly assemble a professional looking proposal for each client is a big time saver. By taking advantage of the Proposal function within canibuild, each document can have a custom site plan, flyer or quote and present all the most important information to each of your perspective clients.
- Click Branding.
- Select Templates.
- To make changes to an existing template, click the 3 dots at the end of the row and select from the options.
- To create a new proposal, click the 3 dots on the top right and select New template.
- Enter a Name for the proposal.
- Select Build Type from the list.
There is no limit to the number of different proposals that can be setup. There could be variations based off different tiers or packages. There could even be an introduction proposal vs one with a quote.
This template will let you build out the proposal by selecting pages from the options on the right.
- Visual Elements - Custom page creation or importing of external PDFs or Videos.
- Canibuild Docs - Add any document from canibuild's Marketplace.
- Formatting - Edit the pre-set fonts or add a background image to blank pages.
The most basic proposal only requires the site plan / flyer and the use of external documents to fill in the cover page and any additional information that needs to be conveyed to the end client.
- Click on each of the Visual Elements or canibuild Docs to populate the template.
- Click and hold each item and drag it into the correct order.
OR
- Click the Green arrows to move each item up or down the list.
- Click the green pencil icon to edit / add an external doc.
- Click the green upload icon to open file manager.
- Select a PDF document.
- Click the minimise icon to close the tab.
- Click the Trash can to delete the document if necessary.
- Click the Save button when complete.
- Click the green pencil icon to add a video.
- Copy paste the URL from YouTube.
- Click Save.
Repeat these steps to add in as many external documents or videos as necessary. Any canibuild documents will automatically generate on the site.
- Click Save when all documents have been uploaded.
- Click Publish when complete (This will add the document to Marketplace).
