How to Request Designs to Be Uploaded

This article will show you how to use the Help Centre to submit a support ticket to upload a range of new designs to your Canibuild account.

If you only have a few designs or one-off variations, it's quicker to upload them yourself. Use the Help Centre request form for bulk updates, new design ranges, or when changes need to be handled by our team.

  • Submit multiple designs using the Help Centre ticket form.

  • Ensure all designs are to scale and submitted as JPEG, PNG, or PDF files.

  • Designs must include name, area, type, and at least one image.

  • Zip files or shared folders (e.g. Google Drive) are accepted for bulk uploads.

  • Click the Help Icon to submit a ticket.

  • Click Submit a Support Ticket

OR

  • Click Contact Support.

  • Click Customer Support Request Form.

  • Enter your contact details.
  •  Select Type of Enquiry.
  • Select Implementation Category.
  • Add a Subject and Description of the upload request.
  • Click Choose Files to add attachments.
  • Select and upload as many files as necessary.
  • For bulk uploads, provide a link to a shared folder (e.g. Google Drive).

OR

  • Attach a zip file.

 

You can conveniently attach multiple files or documents at once by selecting them all in a single upload request.

 

All deigns must be drawn to scale & be saved as JPEG / PNG image files or PDFs. Overall length and width measurements should be displayed on the plan.

  • Click Submit.

All designs submitted must meet the following criteria:

  • Drawn to scale with overall dimensions visible.
  • Saved as JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats.
  • Include a Design Name.
  • Include Design Area. (Sqm or SqFt).
  • Include Design Grouping (e.g. Single Storey, Duplex).
  • Specify the Build Type (House, Pool, Shed, Granny Flat, ADU).
  • Include at least one facade or cover image if flyers are intended.

 

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, resubmit your request or lodge a General Enquiry to follow up on your submission.
