This article will cover the information provided in the basic property info and overlays.
Every address in canibuild will have a list of basic site information available for the property. This will also include any overlays that may affect the site.
- Click the 'i' Information button located next to the address at any time to return to the site info.
- Click on the Site info button.
The most basic information that should display on all sites are the council lot size and frontage if there is an image displaying at the top then then Google street view is available for the site.
- To access the list of overlays affecting the site click on the Affected button.
Depending on your location there can be a variety of overlays that affect your site.
Some of the most common include:
- Bushfire
- Flooding
- Coastal zone
- Vegetation Protection
- Heritage
- Acid Sulphate Soil
- Land Inundation
- To hide the menu click on the 3 stacked rectangles icon located on the top left.
