This article will look at how to package up a deal on any site and generate a H&L package flyer, post the package as an advert to realestate.com if you have an account, or add the package to the lead convertor.
The H&L package feature can only be created once a house design has been placed on the site. So you will need to select a design from the design catalogue. Also have a package title ready to go and a brief description of what is on offer.
Select a façade option from the displayed options before starting the H&L package even if there is only one option select it so it is highlighted with the green outline.
- Click the Deals tab on the top left to start creating a H&L package.
The deals tab allows the set up of multiple drafts with different house designs. Create as many copies or new drafts if there are various house designs for this property.
- Click the 3 dots.
- Select Package Deal.
The basic property info will auto populate. Edit and adjust as necessary. If the new street address is known it can be updated or check the box to hide the address from the listing.
- Click the green circles for all the features that are relevant for the package.
While the information under Property might not be necessary to edit some of the information for Listing is required especially if posting to Realestate.com .
- Enter a Package Title.
- Enter the total Price of both House & Land.
- Add a Headline.
- Populate the Description with as much engaging detail as possible.
- Upload Additional images (The front façade and floor plan can be edited).
- Add any Hyperlinks.
- Add at least one Contact person from your team.
- Click Save.
Now that the package is complete it can be updated or deleted as necessary. This will now allow the creation of the H&L package flyer.
Order a flyer as normal from the Architectural section of Services. Note the description and relevant information is now matching all the populated information from the package.
The package can now be published to realestate.com or the lead convertor (Widget).
- Click My Packages on the Menu Bar.
The Packages dashboard is where all the H&L deals are managed. The current status of each deal is displayed note an error will occur if a package is attempted to be published with missing information.
- Click the 3 dots at the end of the row of the package to publish.
- Select Publish.
This will open up the H&L information to double check before publishing. Confirm the start date and that all relevant information is populated.
- Click Save to publish.
Login to your Lead convertor or realestate.com account to check the listings.
