How do I Update My Subscription Plan

This article will show you how to use the Help Centre to submit a support ticket to update or change your Canibuild subscription plan.

If you have been allocated a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you may contact them directly. Otherwise simply submit a support ticket and a member of our team will assist you.

  • Click the Help Icon to submit a ticket.

  • Click Submit a Support Ticket.

OR

  • Click Contact Support.

  • Click Customer Support Request Form.

  • Enter your contact details.
  • Under Type of Enquiry, select Subscription Change Request.
  • Select a Subscription Change Reason from the dropdown list.
  • Add a relevant Subject and a short Description of the changes you'd like to make.
  • Click Submit.
