This article will show you how to use the Help centre to submit a support ticket to change your subscription.
You can fast track this process by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you cant remember who they are submit this ticket & our team will reach out to assist.
- Click the Help Icon to submit a ticket.
- Click Submit a Support Ticket.
OR
- Click Contact Support.
- Click Customer Support Request Form.
- Enter your details into the Customer Support Request Form.
- Select Type of Enquiry.
- Select Subscription Change Reason.
- Add a Subject & Description.
- Click Submit.
