How do I Troubleshoot Site Plans & Other Documents Not Generating

This article provides a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot document issues, including accessing Site Plans, Flyers, Proposals or Quotes that aren’t downloading. It explains how to check status, manually download files, & contact support if needed.

When you place an order for documents such as Site Plans, Flyers, Quotes, or Proposals, they usually download automatically within one to two minutes. You can easily monitor the status of all your documents in the Docs section. All documents are organised in the Orders section of the dashboard, allowing any team member to access them whenever necessary.

  • Click the Generate button on the left panel.
  • Select from the list of Documents:
    • Site Plan.
    • Flyer.
    • Proposal.
    • Quote.
    • Storyboard.
    • House & Land.

In most cases, documents will automatically download. However, if they do not, this section is the ideal place to verify their status. If the document shows a status of "ready," you have the option to download it manually.

  • Click CRM.
  • Select Documents to view the status of a document or manually download.
  • Click the Plus (+) to select a document.
  • Click Actions to export documents:
    • Select Send Email.
    • Select Copy Link.
    • Select Download.

To view all generated versions of your documents, navigate to MyHub > Orders, as the Documents section only provides access to the most recent version.

  •  Click MyHub at the top right of the screen.

  • Click the Orders tab on the left.
  • Search for an address.

  • Click the address to view its associated documents.

  • Check the status of each document.
  • Click the blue link next to a document to download it.

If, after reviewing both the Docs and Orders sections, your document status remains as Processing, you may want to check for any other documents that might also be experiencing delays. If the document status remains pending after five minutes, you can also try clearing your cache history & refreshing the page. This may help resolve any issues before you attempt to order the document again.
