How do I Contact Support – Is There a Customer Service Number

This article will show you how to use the Help Centre to contact support for a variety of enquiries.

Please note that there is no direct phone number for the Canibuild support team. The most efficient way to receive assistance is by submitting a Support Ticket. Once submitted, the appropriate team member will review your enquiry and contact you.

  • Click the Help Icon to submit a ticket.

  • Click Submit a Support Ticket.

OR

  • Click Contact Support..

  • Click Customer Support Request Form.

Filling Out the Support Form

  • Enter your contact details.

  • Select your Type of Enquiry from the dropdown list.

  • Add a Subject and Description of your request.

  • Attach any relevant screenshots, documents, or recording links to assist our team.

  • Click Submit.

Ensure you include any relevant attachments, screenshots, or recording links to help expedite our team's response.

 

When submitting your form, choose from the following enquiry categories:

  • Need Help Using Canibuild.

  • Report a Bug / Technical Issue.

  • Rules or Setbacks Missing / Inaccurate.

  • Layers, Contours or Services Missing / Inaccurate.

  • Estate Request.
