This article will show the various methods that can be used to identify the correct parcel or site address.
Each unique property that is searched will use up one look up. This means its important for you to make sure the information you are entering is correct.
Cross check your address in google to check for correct spelling, cross streets or even bordering suburbs.
Search for a registered Address
When entering an address make sure it matches the auto complete that populates below the search bar. If there isn't an exact match try putting the address into a google search to see if there's a spelling mistake, an alternate due to a corner lot or a bordering suburb or county.
- Click the Search Address bar.
Once you have looked up a few addresses this will become your quick access list to easily get back to your last 3 searches
- Enter the Street number & name
- Click the correct match from the auto generated list.
You can copy paste an address that a client has sent you straight in. However if it cant be recognised cross check it in google for possible spelling mistakes or variations.
Unregistered Address / Lots (Subdivisions, Estates or Communities)
The best way to locate an unregistered lot or if you don't have the exact address is to use the show Estates/Communities search option. This allows you to find the new subdivision or zoom in on the map in specific areas and identify the property by the lot number.
- Click the Search Address bar.
- Click the Show Estates / Communities Icon.
- Click Green Pins to zoom in on an area.
- Click the Search Icon to locate an estate.
To locate the estate, you can either enter the name of the estate or its specific location, or you can click on the green pins displayed in the general area. This method will also assist you in verifying whether the estate information has been uploaded and what stage of development is currently available.
- Enter Location or Name.
- Click on the correct subdivision
- Hover over a parcel to see the Lot details.
- Click on the lot to begin working on the site.
When you become aware of a new subdivision or stage update in your area, submit a request through the help center, and our team will ensure that it is updated accordingly. This request can be made by any member of your team.
Search by Coordinates (Latitude & Longitude)
The safest way to find a property is by the coordinates. Using "https://www.latlong.net/" or google maps enter the known address & it will provide the latitude & longitude these can be inputted into the address bar. This does not use a up one of your look ups as it just takes you to the map coordinates.
- Obtain the Latitude & Longitude coordinates.
- Copy them into the search bar with a comma & space between them.
- Press Enter.
- Swap to satellite imagery.
- Check the lot details by hovering over the parcel.
- Right click & select Search this address.
Lot ID Number
To make sure that the address is 100% correct you can search by the Lot ID this is the DPID for AU & NZ or the APN for the US. This ID can be entered into the address bar as well or just cross checked in the site info on the property.
- Locate the sites DPID (ANZ) or APN (US)
- Copy the ID into the search bar.
- Press Enter.
