This article will show you how to troubleshoot issues related to document generation. You will learn how to check the status, manually download documents & if needed, seek assistance from our support team.
When you place an order for documents like site plans, flyers, quotes, or proposals, you can typically expect them to download automatically within one to two minutes.
You have the option to manually download any documents at your convenience, should the need arise.
- Click the Docs tab.
- Check the status of the document.
- If the document is ready click the circle to select the document.
- Click the Share Icon.
- Select Download.
Depending on the document's status, you may need to allow additional time, complete a payment, or consider reordering the document.
Accessing all past Documents
To view all previous versions of your documents, navigate to the Orders section of the Dashboard, as the Docs section only provides access to the most recent version.
- Click the Dashboard Icon.
- Select the Orders Tab.
- Search for an Address.
- Select the address to view the documents.
- Click the Blue Document Link to download.
If the document status remains pending after five minutes, we recommend clearing your cache history and refreshing the page. This may help resolve any issues before you attempt to order the document again.
