If you encounter a blank screen while working on a site, this may indicate that the code for a specific feature is incomplete. We recommend promptly contacting our support team & providing details about the feature you were using at the time the screen went blank.
While we address this issue, consider creating a new Deal to ensure your work on that project can continue uninterrupted.
- Get another team member to look up the address.
Once another user has created a draft of the address, log in to your own account.
- Click on MyHub.
- Click on the address link.
This will grant you access to the lookup. If you require the lookup to be associated with your name in order to display the accurate sales representative's details on all documents, there is one additional step to complete.
- Click Deals.
- Click Create New Deal.
This new draft will now be in your name. Just in case, also make a backup copy in case the screen goes white again.
