This article will guide you through the steps of sorting and filtering the Design Catalogue to help you identify the design that best suits your property.
Before placing your design, it is essential to align the property boundaries and adjust any existing structures to accurately reflect the satellite imagery.
- Click Siting on the left panel.
- Click Designs.
Select a Design Set to access a specific grouping.
- Click the Search Bar.
- Enter a Design Name.
- Toggle between Plans or Render.
- Click Sort.
- Select:
- Name A-Z.
- Name Z-A.
- Highest Price.
- Lowest Price.
- Click Filter.
- Select Build Type.
- Select Favorites.
- Select Fit on Parcel.
- Select Clear All to start again.
- Click Apply to filter designs.
Selecting a Build Type will allow filtering by Subcategories.
- Favorites - Filter by all designs that have been favourited.
- Fit on Parcel - Removes any design that exceeds the shortest boundary length & width (only for Houses).
House Filter Options
- Select Houses.
- Select Attributes.
- Select Amenities.
- Click Apply.
Granny Flat / ADU Filter Options
- Select Granny Flats.
- Select Attributes.
- Select Amenities.
- Click Apply.
Pool Filter Options
- Select Pools & Spas.
- Select Attributes.
- Select Amenities.
- Click Apply.
Shed Filter Options
- Select Sheds.
- Click Apply.
- Click on the Design & it will load up onto the centre of the property.
