Depending on your project requirements, there are three levels of aerial imagery available in Canibuild. These options vary in quality, update frequency, and historical access. Choosing the right one ensures you have the most relevant and clear visuals for your site planning.
The 3 levels of imagery available are:
• Low Resolution Imagery
• High Resolution Imagery
• Premium Imagery
Please note: Some rural or remote regions may have limited availability for certain imagery types. If you are subscribed to Premium Imagery and it does not appear for a specific address, please contact our team for assistance.
Low Resolution Imagery (Google maps)
- Basic mapping available in all areas.
- Typically updated a few times a year.
- Lower quality, but key features remain visible.
High Resolution Imagery
- Provides sharper, more detailed visuals.
- Generally updated every few months.
- Ideal for suburban & urban planning.
Premium Resolution Imagery
- Highest quality imagery available in Canibuild.
- Frequently updated—usually every few months.
- Includes access to past imagery for time-based comparisons.
