How can I Cancel my Subscription

This article will guide you through the steps to cancel your Canibuild subscription by submitting a support request via the Help Centre.

If you have been allocated a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you may contact them directly. Otherwise simply submit a support ticket and a member of our team will assist you.

  • Click the ? (Help) Icon in the header bar within the app.

  • Select the Contact Support option from the dropdown. This should open our Support Request Form.

  • Fill in your details in the form.

  • Select Subscription Cancellation Request from the Type of Enquiry dropdown.

  • Add a relevant Subject and Description.

  • Click Submit.

A member of our support team will contact you shortly to finalise the cancellation process.
